This week tens of thousands of people will descend upon San Francisco for the Salesforce annual conference. It is a truly remarkable event I was fortunate enough attend last year for the first time. Some fans are truly fanatics. It's remarkable how excited people become over a CRM tool. I have never seen anything like the full-scale redecorating of a city street turned into a turf-carpeted "campground". One of the best presentations I attended was for Addidas - and I'm looking forward to learning from other companies there. The event filled a well of inspiration for the year. I'm nearly all packed up and ready to go - it's time for bed. I nearly forgot to write tonight getting everything together. More on this week to come.
