Saturdays are for pancakes. And Sundays. Well, they are for donuts. One of our favorite Sunday activities as a family is go out for donuts. Well stop by our local favorites, #TopPot or #MightyO donuts and make a little outing of it. The best ones are chocolate with sprinkles. Always sprinkles. Everything always tastes better with sprinkles.
On this particular day last spring, it was a low tide. So we headed to #goldengardens, devoured our breakfast, and headed out to look for some little crabbies and creatures living in the tide pools. They boys sported their rain boots so they could wade into the puddles. It's not a proper outing to the beach unless we get a little sandy. Chocolate + sprinkles + sand = a pretty fine day.
