There are two kinds of parents. There are the kind that interrupt their children when they are doing something they probably shouldn't. And there are the kind that get the camera. Can you guys what kind I am?
I walked around the corner tonight to see this sight. Two little boys that should be in bed. Instead they were playing with the water and dissolving their toothpaste. Yes, I did make them use it properly (eventually). You guessed it. I got the camera.
The days are better when I've let them:
Splash in the puddles.
Stomp in the mud.
Splash in the tub.
Make it a bubble bath.
Climb trees.
Wield a stick.
Jump off of things.
Empty the toy box.
Stir the hot chocolate.
Give soggy doggie kisses.
I've done at least one of two of these today. Now it's time to do my nighttime rounds.
